Our Story

Future Care Consultants was founded in 1997 by Sam Stern and Brenton Eisenreich with a vision to provide the highest quality RCM and financial services to the Skilled Nursing Facility market. By 2021, Future Care had expanded to offices in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, while becoming 100% employee-owned.

Today, Future Care is a thriving organization providing RCM and financial services to more than 350 facilities nationwide. Guided by a collaborative culture and a shared mission, we empower healthcare providers with financial stability, ensuring lasting impact and sustainable growth.

Revenue Cycle Management

Future Care offers a full service, concierge RCM service line that includes full payer source management and plugs in directly to the business office of the facility. In addition to the full concierge model, future care has built out RCM service models that can be customized to include the full suite of concierge RCM services or an RCM service that focuses strictly on billing and collections.

Financial Services

Future Care provides comprehensive Accounts Payable, Payroll Management, and Accounting services designed to streamline operations and optimize financial performance.
